What does porcelain-look mean?
Porcelain-look describes the appearance of our tableware. Our current products are made from polypropylene (PP), not porcelain or ceramic. The material is listed near the beginning of each product description.
Wholesale Orders
What is your minimum order quantity?
Wholesale orders start at 5,000 pieces per product. You can mix available colors within the same product; quantities from different products do not combine to meet this minimum.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Email lxlfei693@gmail.com with the product, color, and delivery country and postal code. We will confirm sample availability, charges, and shipping before you order.
Can you add our logo or artwork?
Yes. Custom logo and artwork printing are available. Send your design and the product and quantity you need so we can confirm the printing details and pricing.
How long does production take?
Typical production time is 3 days. This does not include transportation to your delivery address. Your production schedule, including any customization, will be confirmed in your quotation.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from Dongguan, China. Shipping charges and estimated transit time depend on the order, shipping method, and delivery country and postal code. Request a quote for your destination.
Retail Orders
Are products sold individually or as sets?
Our current retail listings are sold individually. The displayed retail price is for one piece. Wholesale prices are quoted separately.
How do I choose a size?
Check the product dimensions and capacity, and compare them with tableware you already use. The colorful coffee cup holds approximately 300ml / 10 US fl oz. The white 13 US fl oz mug is a separate product.
